Behavior
Quiet, focused and wise. Elise is the type that never lets her guard down and is very determined with her progress. She doesn't tolerate intimidating wolves, or those who try to pick off the weak easily and will maintain her own ground intentionally with a positive way to show it. However, she can be snappy at times and normally exhausted but that doesn't stop her from proving her role and quality for the ones she loves and trusts.

Elise is picky for whom she can trust and be trusted and respected in return. She only has little interest in company around her and doesn't often stay around in one spot for too long either. If intimidated or in danger, per-say she'll be defiant and protective and fend off what she senses negatively.

Pigment In Depth
From lanky to slender, Elise has a medium length sleek olive and beige pigment with a variety of other dark and light hues commenced throughout her pelt. Darker hues of sorrel and grays are combined along her back, hind limbs, paws and ever her forehead/tail. This dark gray like feature of olive is particular for the perfect scenery of her surroundings and helps her blend in. Her legs are quite lighter in hue and beneath her banner, maw, chest and belly are as well this tint. No matter though, her concealment is preferred in forests anyways and with that she endures the forest landscapes, no matter if she blends in or not.

Defensive Mechanism
Elise has blunt claws, the shade of dark gray. Her incisors are a pure ivory, strong and quite the average length, extending just 3/4 of an inch longer. Her fighting tactics are high and she relies on mainly how to use her incisors when brawling. The use of her digits aren't as helpful and she'll mainly predict on the location to strike.

Build Structure
Not practically the strongest type of canid to take down a larger competition animal, nor can she sustain her velocity level when on the move for long distances. This lass is quite the charm when it comes to a strong current of a creek to swim through or even trek. Water is her best friend and always have been on her travels. Her broad shoulders help keep her aligned and well balanced.

A few small scraps and tears at her hind limb (left) and on her upper left fore leg is a small bite mark.

Her diet consists of small rodents, even the occasional deer if possible to find. Though she prefers to scavenge off carrions.

Narration
After facing a harsh and long winter session, a pack of wolves soon dug themselves out from the fallen snow that lightly covered the earth like a blanket. Snuggled inside a cave were about a small pair of wolves huddled together as a family. Many females and a few males, a future for another litter was in the air as a large black Dire made his way through the cave entrance and out, creating a path for the rest of the others to follow. They trekked through the snow together, looking for any sight of even scents of a herd for the starving pairs and especially the mates. The Alphas.

The male waited for his darling mate patiently in the snow in a clearing soon to greet her with a nuzzle to her cheek and his snout to her lower belly. Knowingly spring will arrive shortly and her belly was quite round, yet they still had time to spare for the new arrival to come soon. Once the rest of the wolves reunited in the clearing the call to migrate with the herd was in motion and they all fled east towards the meadows in hope to find the herd there. The journey was long as it stretched for miles and breaks were maintained conveniently. The oldest mother soon rested as well with her companion close to her, she has done well will her past litters and some of her children even strayed along for the wealthiness of their family. She knew she'll do fine with her third and with that the journey continued.

Where the wolves rendezvous was chilled but less snow on the ground for their paws to touch. A slush terrain to walk amongst and they were satisfied for the passed few weeks as to see a herd across the river on the other side. The dire male was convinced for this years outcome and would hope for a better litter as his mate was larger than before when in labor. Licking her head she wasn't as active and was soon to have the pups coming. The day the herd arrived, the mate sent off the experienced canids to catch a large game and sent the youngest learners to follow and lend a paw when needed as he stayed with his mate and watched after her. The sky soon grew dark and the pack returned with a large meal and feasted that night. Storm clouds brewed in and the pack took cover within the forest as the den that was made and more dug out wasn't plenty for the others to snuggle up in. The carrion outside was concealed from predators hidden under some brush and debris, taken from the male to his mate at times during the night. The storm continued until the light of dawn and a pup was soon born hours later. A dark gray male name Tank, cleaned and moved towards his mothers belly. They waited for the next arrival which came soon after and was a dark tawny pup, another male named Oliver. The pack remained outside of the den until it was time to meet the new youths.

Hours went by and finally after 4 hours of waiting for the rest to come, a fifth pup arrived safely and was placed with her siblings that were currently nursing their mother. This last pup was a female and they named her Elise. Now with all five pups nursing happily, the parents soon announced the litter for the new year and will be gladly to have another litter from the most recent mates for over a year. Older siblings of their brothers and sisters, they were soon to also be expecting, delayed for date to be in favor, they were celebrating with glee and feasted on another carrion brought back from the experienced hunters that soon took a break in the shade.
